Hereare some qualities of great Christian leaders. These qualities do not develop overnight; rather, they mature over time through a commitment to humble service.

• Confidence and readiness to serve and face challenges.
• A deep understanding of their teams to effectively utilize each member's abilities. 
• An organized lifestyle, a clear vision, and a reasonable purpose to pursue. 
• Maintaining pure relationships and making sacrifices to uphold unity. 
• Collaboration with other leaders and openness to advice. 
• Truthfulness, including admitting mistakes and taking responsibility, while developing a plan to improve.
• The ability to control their temper when falsely accused and to respond respectfully.
• Strong listening skills, recognizing others' challenges, and empathizing with them.
• Quick to understand and forgive those who have wronged them.
• Consistently respectful behavior and avoiding offensive jokes!
• Humility and cooperation with the Holy Spirit for ongoing transformation in their lives.
