Spiritual Restoration

As we place our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the journey of spiritual restoration begins, unlocking our inherent abilities. The Holy Spirit enlightens our understanding, revealing that we are cherished by our Creator, designed to accomplish remarkable things:  

^“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10 NLT 

With this newfound clarity, we ignite a passion to explore and develop our unique talents. Life transforms into a vibrant and fulfilling experience as we uncover and engage with our purpose. Moreover, God envisions us working together in unity and harmony. Our collaboration and reliance on one another, much like the members of a single body, affirm our true belonging to God's family!  

“So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family..” Ephesians 2:19 NLT 

Seeing how everyone is eager to contribute to their church or community according to their unique gifts is inspiring. However, the specific tasks that align with our passions and inherent abilities truly capture our interest. This doesn't mean we should overlook our responsibilities; we may not enjoy washing the dishes, but we fulfill that duty nonetheless. In childhood, brushing our teeth might not have been our favorite activity. Yet, we understood the importance of caring for our bodies as good stewards of the gift we've been given. Our ability to care for ourselves is fundamental to caring for others. If we focus only on fulfilling chores, we risk depleting our energy and facing burnout. Yet, when we engage in work that ignites our passion, we infuse our lives with excitement and vitality, replacing boredom with joy.
